| 06/03/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | COX | Approved | Upon inspection I found a motorhome parked on the east side of the property. There was no evidence whatsoever of a wastewater tank dump or spillage in the area. There was some dirt and what looked like some sort of absorbant material directly below the generator storage compartment with a small amount of darkened substance, oil perhaps. There was no odor or any other evidence of sewage. There were no utilities connected to the MH other than a drop cord to the battery box, trickle charger perhaps. There was no evidence whatsoever that the MH was being occupied as a dwelling unit. The access door was located against a fence with less than 24" of space to access. The windows were covered from the inside and there no other signs of occupancy. I attempted contact with the resident however nobody answered the door. The residence is exceedingly well kept, neat and clean. No further action will be taken. |
