05/22/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. The mobile home is a total lost and was checking for hot spots. The arson investigators were on site and checking for the cause. The gas meter has been turned off since March 2015 for lack of payment. The electrical was removed at the life line and the electrical panel was locked with a City of Tucson lock due to on a master meter system. The fire started in the front and burned towards the rear of the mobile home. All the windows and doors have been broken or damaged during the fire. Did make contact with the manager of the property and this mobile home is owned by someone else and doesn't belong to the park. At this time don't know who owns the mobile home. Did a posting on the front of the mobile home of "Do Not Enter" and Notice to Vacate. The neighbor mobile home to the west side has a window that had plexie glass on a window has melted. Not able to find any other damage on the mobile home on the west side. Did have a Jeep that was parked and was moved before the fire units arrived and that has some damage to the roof covering and a box on the side on the driver side of the Jeep. Did go over that if the mobile home is Demo'ed on the property will need to get a permit for the Demo. If the mobile home is hauled out, the person doing the hauling will get the permit to take the mobile home from the property. Did go over that the space needs to be cleaned when this is completed. Will check in 45 days. RV.
10/22/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Have been talking to the owner of the mobile home park and the trailer is connected. The owner is working on the permit but when he went to get the permit, he was told something different. Will check in 30 days. RV.
