She stated the complainant has not reported any other problems with her apartment. I will contact the complainant and advise she will need to make her request for repairs with the manager rather than CE. Manager stated that they recently evicted a person in the complex who was diliberatly freeing mice in her apartment in an effort to get out her lease however the complainants apartment is are not nearby.
