04/28/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved I spoke wtih management who stated that the complainant has not made any request whatsoever for repairs at their apartment. Management went on to say that the complainant was recently charged a fine of sorts for improperly disposing of a mattress infested with bed bugs on the property and for failing to report the bed bug problem. Manager believes the complainant has filed this complaint as a retalitory act. Will call the complainant and advise they need to contact management to make a request for repair on the particular concerns they are experiencing.
