Tenant contacted me on premises, I explained to her the next step to the statutory agent and would have to issue a long form citation, She stated to me that the goats are therapeutic for the children that cares for. I again explained to her that the statutory agent was going to receive a citation due to the animals not being penned in a specific area, tenant then stated that she would put the animals in the pen and make sure that they were kept in the confinement, also couch was removed, this case will be closed abated |
