The refuse in the alley is behind the property on Jefferson. I'll open a case for the Jefferson property and send a notice to the owner. I will follow up again in a few days to check the Craycroft property and if the pile is still there I'll send a notice to the owner. This small apartment complex is typically free of violations and fairly well maintained.
