Arrived and the water heater has a leak in the water tank and leaked on the floor wetting the carpet and the sheet vinly in the kitchen, hallway and going into the dinning area. The shut off valve for the water heater has been turned off by T.F.D. and the water stop flowing onto the floor. The tenant for this unit is over seas on tour. The maintenance did show to the property and did call for the company come and extract the water from the flooring of the carpet and the sheet vinly. The front door was kicked in to gain entry by T.F.D. and the deadbolt and the door jamb were broken and not able to lock the door. The maintenance man did make some repairs and was able to lock the door once the extraction was completed. The electrical was left on due to only has water damage to the flooring and not on the walls or ceilings. Will meet with the management when the office opens after 8:00 AM. RV. |

The permit has been issued, T15CM02157 on 4-2-15 and waiting to for the inspection.
