03/26/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT NAVARRO Approved Visited site, met TPD and TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, there was a window a/c unit that caught fire and burned the exterior of the building, there extensive smoke damage thru out the unit, could not contact owner or tenants, was stated that the tenants are transients that started living on the property, I condemned unit due to the smoke damage,tenants appeared and I explained that the owner was to contact our department for permission to enter unit, posted "do not enter" on the exterior of the unit.contacted bathcrest and pinned two doors and boarded up one window,will write notice of violation
