04/01/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved Met with complainant and inspected what he belileved to be a settling issue with the building. Upon inspection I discovered that the complainants concern was merely an anomaly of the construction process. It appears that the finished floor was poured separate from the stemwall/footing and the two were not at the exact same level giving the impression that the wall was sinking or settling. There was no evidence of settling on any aspect of the entire building, interior in his unit or exterior for the 2 story building which makes up several apartments. There was one mud tunnel from termites however no other violations were identified within the apartment unit 371 where the complaiant resides. The complainant will be vacating the apartment no later than 04-30-15 and the management will treat for the termites at that time.
