05/05/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GGOODMA2 | Approved | VISITED SITE, MET WITH OCCUPANT THOMAS GLENN, WHO ALLOWED ENTRY, ONCE INSIDE I FOUND THE TOWNHOME HAD BEEN VACATED, AND NO FURNITURE INSIDE. THOMAS STATED HE WAS ONLY CLEANING FOR HIS SECURITY DEPOSIT. THOMAS EXPLAINED THAT THE DISPOSAL WAS BACKING UP AND WOULD SOMETIMES BACK UP INTO THE DISHWASHER. THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE RECREATED JUST BY RUNNING THE WATER. THOMAS STATED HE WAS MOVING DUE TO LACK OF FOLLOW UP BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER. UNIT VACANT AND UNABLE TO DETERMINE PROBLEM. NO VILATION / CLOSE CASE. |
