03/17/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved House appeared to be unoccupied however electric and natural gas were still active. The house is secure and property relatively clean. There were yard gates as well as a gated security fence around the pool. The pool water was dirty however still clear and not murky. I chained and locked the access gate to the pool and the yard gate on the north side of the residence. Due to the configuration of the gate on the south side of the residence I was unable to chain and pad lock. The gate does have a lactching mechanism which keeps the gate secure and closed. Research revealed the water service was terminated 12-19-2014 for NP. I did find an alternative address and phone number for one of the listed owners. It presents a aforeclosure however at this time there are now outstanding violations. Will leave for area inspector to follow up.
03/31/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LOPEZ Approved Property still vacant and secured, fence aroud back yard to pool secured, will be closing this case.
