Every dwelling or dwelling unit shall have an adequate potable water supply. Every plumbing fixture, water and waste-pipe, and gas connection shall be properly installed in accordance with all applicable laws and maintained in good and sanitary working condition so as to prevent structural deterioration or health hazards, and are to be free from leaks and obstructions.

TFD DID SHUT THE WATER OFF TO THE WATER HEATER, THEY ALSO SQUEEGEED THE WATER OUT THE DOOR. THE DOOR JAM WAS DAMAGED AND UNABLE TO SECURE THE FRONT DOOR. CITY OF TUCSON ACTION WAS SHUT OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO THE WATER HEATER. THE CITY OF TUCSON CONTRACTOR WAS CALLED TO SECURE THE DOOR TO PREVENT ENTRY. THIS CONDO IS VACANT AND HAS BEEN VACANT FOR OVER A YEAR ACCORDING TO NEIGHBORS. I POST A PLACARD NOTICE OF VIOLATION ON THE FRONT DOOR.. A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WILL BE MAILED OUT TO INFORM OF CITY OF TUCSON ACTION.. SCHEDULE A 30 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION TO THE AREA INSPECTOR GOODMAN..
04/22/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved SPOKE WITH JUAN VALDEZ CONCERNING THIS UNIT. OWNER WALTER HALLADAY HAD CONTACTED JUAN AND STATED THAT THE FRONT DOOR HAD BEEN REPAIRED AND WATER HEATER REPLACED AND WAS ASKING TO REMOVE THE POSTING. JUAN GAVE THAT PERMISSION. ** MY INSPEC TION FOUND THAT THE BOARDS HAD BEEN REMOVED ALONG WITH THE PLACARD, DOOR JAMB REPAIRED AND NEW LOCKS ON THE DOOR, AND PER JUAN THE WATER HEATER HAD BEEN CHANGED OUT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
