03/26/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved The leasing agent called the tenant and he would not grant them access with out him present. I walked the unit outside with the maintance person. He said that repairs were done to the unit above 8-10 weeks ago. I viewed the rear porch/deck from the upper unit and the workmanship was to standers. There was some water stains from above but, no evidance to wood damge below. The tenant called me back later to describe the conditions he saw.
03/27/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Visited the unit again with maintenance to check on further conditions reported by tenant. I found minor wood damage to the front porch area. The maintenance people will repair. Close Case.
