Weeds and grass exceed 6 inches in height located in front, rear yard, front, west sidewalk area, and alley. Animal waste in rear yard. Tenant wanted handwritten notice of violation mailed to owner. Inform tenant that animal waste must be removed and properly dispose of every day. Follow up in 10 days.
