I called the management company and spoke to a Ms. Higby. She stated that they were going to change the parking lot and add more hanicap spaces. I informed her that she would have to submit a revised site plan for the parking lot. I will research PDSD for the last approved site plan.
04/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE STEVENS Approved At site, all handicap parking spaces are close to the entrance and the 15 minute parking has been moved to the far end of the lot. The handicap parking signs have been removed from the other spaces and the lot reflects the submitted site plan. Close case.
