Amateur radio towers are exempt from the setback requirement and are allowed to a maximum height of 100 feet.

04/09/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT NAVARRO Approved Visited site, knocked on door, met owners son, discussed the reason I was there and that there was a compliant on the property and if asked permission to enter property to do my initial , he then stated yes, I proceeded and found a follows, there was a shed approximaetly ten foot by ten foot by eight foot approximately four feet from the property line, I then knocked on the door, owners son asked if every thing was fine, I then stated to him that it was not and that the shed was to close to the property line and needed to be moved approximately two feet to the east to have the shed in compliance, I then gave him my business card and wrote my city cell phone number on the card and explained to him that I would be sending a notice of violation to his father for the shed being to close to the property line and if his father had any questions to please feel free to contact me.I then told the son to have a good day and left the premise.I will write a notice of violation
