Description:

Owner is constructing a vehicle recreational vehicle or toy hauler in the front yard. Also parks a car-towing trailer, oversized work truck, two personal vehicles in the front yard all the time. Sometimes there is an additional small trailer on the east side of the house. This morning the owner hauled in another van on the trailer and parked it on the front yard. The construction of the vehicle is sometimes noisy - on weekends when I am more likely to be home. At least one of the owner's personal vehicles or oversize work truck is parked across the side walk most to the time. This owner parks NO vehicles in the enclosed garage. The owner's old truck also leaks oil onto the public sidewalk.
