02/11/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the new manager and they have a new team being organized. They have a work order to make the repairs in the bathroom for a soft floor. Did meet with the tenant and the front of the toilet has a soft spot and on the left side of the tub also has a soft spot. The smoke detector is not in place and the tenant has removed the smoke detector and will replace it when her boy friend come to the unit. The windows in the bedroom leak when it rains. Did meet with the manager and she will address the issues at the same time when the repairs are done on the floor. Will check in 10 days. RV.
03/04/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the tenant and all has been repaired. The tenant has no other complaints and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
