There was one truck parked in the carport, no other vehicles at the residence. Due to the previous complaint I will contact the PO and give a gentle reminder of the residential storage ordinance restrictions which may apply. By it's very nature this would not a fall into the home occupation regulations as all the work related to the business would be taking place at a remote location and there are no special permits or licenses required to posses or store one spa on a trailer at one's residence. There was only one spa and no other storage violations were witnessed.
