02/05/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Inspection found an A-Frame on Speedway Bl for the Belleveue Apt, stopped and removed signs and toke it back to the manager of the Apt. I explained to him that he had to have a permit for the A-Frame and the Banner on the Westside of the complex and that he could olny put the a-Frame on Dodge or Bellevue not on Speedway. He stated he just toke over the complex and would get the permits as requested. Will check back next week.
02/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved All signs have been removed, manager is going to get permit for banner and A-Frame sign.
