Found on on the west side of the building near the front porch area. All the banners were removed and the owner placed them inside the building. Did go over that a permit is required to have the banners on the property and one on the street side will only be allowed for a time frame of days and if going to remain on the property will need to re-new the permit to extend the time to keep on the property. Gave a card and at this time will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
