Arrived and the house was occupied with tenants of 3-adults and 4-children. The owner was RernadoM. Fregoso and lived at 3902 N. Midle Tucson, Arizona 85705. The electrical was cut at the pole due to the damage near the electrical panel on the exterior. The gas meter has already been removed due to lack of payment for some time. Redcross was at the site for placement of the tenants. The fire was centered around the an illegal addition(bedroom) located at the rear of the house. The main electrical service panel was 60 AMPS and has multiple electrical hazards and added circuits into the house. Has 2-disconnects added and one for the AC package unit. The porch in the rear and an addition that have been added were a total lost due to the fire and appear to be with out a permit. The interior of the house has heavy smoke damage through out. The fire extended into the main house burning some of the rafters and some of the electrical may have heat damage. Appears that the heating system is not working due to had 4-portable heaters through out house and were used as a perminate source of heat. The house was condemned due to lack of utilities and the damage of the fire. The occupant did sign all the paper work. Will check on 12-29-14.
