MENTIONED RECEIVED CALL FROM TWO CITY OFFICIALS AND SECURITY WAS INFORMED TO REMOVE SIGNAGE AND ALLOW PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC TO WALK THE SIDEWALK AREA INFRONT OF THE BUILDING. I WAS ABLE TO OBSERVE PEDESTRIANS WALKING THE SIDEWALK AREA IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, AND THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE PROHIBITING PASSAGE. VIOLATION ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
