12/11/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved PRIOR TO VISITING UNIT #105 I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER EMIL WHO STATED HE WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS AND HAD ALREADY MET WITH THE TENANT AND MADE REPAIRS. MET WITH TENANTS STATED THE HEAT HAD BEEN FIXED, ROACHES HAD BEEN SPRAYED FOR, OUTLETS WERE SWITCHED OUTLETS, AND PATCH IN THE BATHROOM NEEDED TO BE RETEXTURED. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH EMIL AND LEFT HIM A PUNCH LIST AT THE OFFICE. UPON ARRIVAL I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM EMIL WITH A SIGNED PUNCH LIST BY THE TENANT AND STATING EVERYTHING HAD BEEN COMPLETED. CONTACTED OCCUPANT MR LOPEZ WHO STATED EVERYTING WAS COMPLETED AND HE AND GIRLFRIEND WERE HAPPY WITH WORK DONE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
