Inspection found an unsecured trailer the unit is unfit for human habitation for all the trash inside the trailer and the way the trailer was maintained as well as the floor in the rear of the trailer had board coving holes that someone could fall through. The owner of the trailer could not be reach and the owner of the trailer park was give notice of emergency abatement and order to vacate. The owner stated she has not seen the owner in weeks. Trailer was posted and secured by Damen with pins in the front and back door.
03/10/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved Trailer has been demoed and removed. Case Closed.
