12/01/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISTED THE AREA STARTING AT 2055 W RAINBOW RIDGE, CORNER HOUSE HAD A CINDER BLOCK, FENCE BLOCK WALL COMPLETELY AROUND THE HOUSE AND NO GRAFFITI. FROM THE S/E CORNER OF THAT PROPERTY I FOLLOWED THE DBL HIGHWALL 6FT IN HEIGHT AND THEN A PLANTER (RETAINING WALL), AND FROM THE PLANTER AN ADDITIONAL 6-8FT WALL PARTIALLY RETAINING WALL THAT BACKED UP TO A PAVED ALLEY WAY. I DROVE SLOWLY SOUTH ON SILVERBELL WHILE CHECKING BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER PORTIONS OF THE WALL. I FOUND AREAS WHERE GRAFFITI HAD ALREADY BEEN PAINTED OVER AND DROVE ALL THE WAY TO 2010 W SADDLE HILLS DR (CORNER LOT) WHERE THERE WAS NO WALL. I DID NOT SEE ANY GRAFFITI AND THEN DROVE THE AREA A SECOND TIME. NO GRAFFITI. NO VIOLATION/ CLOSE CASE.
