MET WITH MANAGER EIMY FLORES AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JAMIE WHO WAS ALSO IN THE OFFICE. EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT, JAMIE STATED THAT THE WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND THAT PICTURES HAD BEEN TAKEN THRU OUT THE REPAIR PROCESS. EIMY PULLED UP THE PICTURES ON HER COMPUTER AND SHOWED ME THE WORK PROCESS. THE ROTTED SECTION OF SUB FLOOR HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED, (ABOUT 2FT X 8FT) BACKER BORD HAD BEEN PLACED ON TOP AND FLOOR FEATHERED OUT WITH A FLOOR MASTIC. CARPET REPLACED. THE ISSUE WAS CALLED IN ON SUNDAY AND COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. MANAGEMENT HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES WITH THE WORK DONE. EXPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTING OCCUPANT. ** CONTACTED OCCUPANT MARY, RECEIVED NO ANSWER, LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING IF THE WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND WAS SHE HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. LATER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM MARY STATING THE WORK WAS COMPLETE, (COMPLAINCE CLOSE CASE). BUT THAT THE UNIT HAD OTHER ISSUES AND SHE NAMED SEVERAL OTHER PROBLEMS CONCERNING MOLD AND APPLIANCES. I ASKED SHE CONTACT MAINTANENCE FIRST, THAT WE WOULD GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE REPAIRS IF THEY HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. ** 12/03/14 DID RECEIVE A SECOND COPY OF COMPLAINT WITH ADDED ISSUES. DID SPEAK TO RICK SALDATE AND EXPLAINED THAT I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MANAGER EIMY FLORES WITH THE ADDED ISSUES AND ASKED THEY TAKE CARE OF THOSE ISSUES FIRST BEFORE ENFORCEMENT HAS TO BE CALLED OUT.
