INFORMED OCCUPANT THAT I COULD NOT MAKE THEM CHANGE THE SINK AND NO JURISDICTION ON THE STOVE. INFORMED OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE NECESSARY REPAIRS, HAD THEM COPY MY STATUS REPORT BEFORE LEAVING.
12/15/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved RECEIVED CALL FROM ANDY POMEGRANTZ ON 12/08/14 STATING EVERYTHING HAD BEEN COMPLETED, VISITED SITE ON 12/11/14 WALKED THE UNIT WITH THE MANAGER, FOUND FLOORING HAD BEEN GLUED DOWN, STOVE REPLACED, NOTHING DONE WITH THE SINK AND TOILET WAS NOT RUNNING BUT AFTER FLUSHING SEVERAL TIMES FOUND THE TOILET STILL RUNS, ASKED MANAGEMENT TO REPLACE INSIDE PCS. MANAGER CALLED MAINTENANCE OUT AND GUTS WERE REPLACED WITHIN 45 MINUTES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
