11/24/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved I made contact with the management and spoke directly to the maintenance supervisor who explained he has responded muiltiple times to the same complainant and has not found a problem. He stated the complainant believes there is mold in the a/c unit and the condensate drain. I asked specifically about any kind of water leaking and he affirmed there were no water leaks and no other problems. I called the complainant but was forced to leave a message. Waiting for a return call.
