11/10/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved INSPECTION DID FIND 4-5 MEDIUM SIZE TREES ON THE SIDEWALK AREA. I HAVE FOUND PEOPLE PARKING ON BOTH SIDE OF THE STREET AND ESPECIALLY PARENTS WAITING FOR STUDENTS FROM CARRILLO ELEMENTARY AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL DAY. DURING THE DAY IT IS FAIRLY QUIET WITH LITTLE PARKING. OWNERS OF THIS PROPERTY PROVIDE PARKING FOR THE TENANTS OF THE TWO STRUCTURES INSIDE THE FENCED AREA. ** SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO, WE BOTH AGREED THAT THE TREES SHOULD STAY BUT BE TRIMMED UP.
03/03/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE FOUND ALL TREES OVERHANGING THE STREET HAD BEEN TRIMMED, TREES WELL WITHIN THE ROW REMAINED AS IS. DID SPEAK WITH MARTIN, WE WENT OVER AERIAL VIEWS, MARTIN AGREED TRIMMING THE TREES FROM THE STREET WAS SUFFICIENT AS THE TREES HAVE BEEN THERE FOR SOME TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
