10/31/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Inspection found that the washer overflowed and that was the cause of the water to be on the floor and in the unit below. I could not see any plumbing issues that would have caused the water not to drain. I talked to the maintaince man for the complex who was the first one who went to the unit when the call from the unit below about water coming in from the unit above, he found the lead to the washer was left open and water was running out over the drum inside the washer. These is a Civil Case. City case is closed.
