PRIOR TO INSPECTING THE BURNED PROPERTY I WALKED THE PREMISES OF THE LARGE LOT, FOUND ALL SIX BUILDINGS THAT HAD BEEN SECURED BY TPD AND RESECURED BY INSPECTOR JIM HURD WERE NOW UNSECURED. MOST BOARDS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM WINDOWS OR DOORS AND THE FRONT CIRCLE DR STILL HAD FENCING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY BUT FENCE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE EAST SIDE OF THE DRIVE SO TECHNICALLY THE PROPERTY AND STRUCTURES ARE UNSECURED. **WALKED THE INTERIOR OF BURNED STRUCTURE, AT THE REAR ROOM OF THE STRUCTURE ARE THE STAIRS TO TWO DIFFERENT LOFTS, BOTH HAD BEEN STARTED ON FIRE. TWO WALLS OF EACH LOFT WERE BLOCK, AND FOUND DRYWALL SEVERELY BURNED ON BOTH WALLS AND CEILINGS AND SOME DRYWALL REMOVED. FOUND POSTING ON A SECOND STRUCTURE THAT PROPERTIES WERE UP FOR SALE AT COURT AUCTION, POSTED BY ATTORNEY JEFFERY KATZ. FOUND OUT THE LARGE PARCEL WAS SPLIT IN HALF WITH TWO DIFFERENT OWNERS. RECEIVED INFORMATION FROM NEIGHBOR THAT WHENEVER THERE WERE PROBLEMS SHE CONTACTED REALTOR STEVE MARSHALL WHO WOULD BOARD ANY UNSECURED OR PROBLEM STRUCTURES. I CONTACTED STEVE MARSHALL WHO CALLED ME BACK, STEVE PROVIDED ALL OWNER INFORMATION AND VERIFIED THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY AT COURT AUCTION. >S/W GAS VERIFIED ALL GAS HAD BEEN TURNED OFF YRS AGO. >ALL POWER WAS CUT AT THE SERVICE PANELS AND PANELS HAD BEEN STRIPPED. > PAPERWORK ON FRONT STRUCTURE STATED PROPERTIES WERE GOING UP FOR SALE AT COURT AUCTION NOV 13, 2014. > CONTACTED RICK SALDATE WHO AGREE WE LEAVE BUILDINGS PARTIALLY BOARDED AND RE FENCE THE FRONT DRIVE DUE TO THE SALE OF PROPERTY TO TAKE PLACE. > CONTACTED BIFF BAKER FENCE FOR FENCING OF THE EAST DRIVEWAY ENTRY. MIKE USED TWO PANELS TO SECURE THE EAST SIDE OF THE DRIVE. ** SPOKE TO ERNIE STEVENS WHO INFORMED ME THE PROPERTY WAS SUBMITTED TO VANS, AND THAT LAURIE HAD THE CASE. SPOKE TO LAURIE PUMPHERY WHO ASKED I REFER MY CASE TO HER AS SHE IS GETTING READY TO PREPARE THE NOV FOR THE VANS CASE. |
