AND SHE MENTIONED THAT WHEN THE CITY WIDENED GRANT RD AND ADDED THE MICHIGAN TURN AT GRANT AND ORACLE THAT THERE PARKING LOT HAD BEEN REDUCED ALONG GRANT RD, THEIR SHRUBS REMOVED AND AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION THE ROCK AND TREES WERE ADDED. THERE IS A 8 FT SETBACK FROM THE CURB TO THE SIDEWALK, IN THAT 8 FT AREA PALO VERDE TREES WERE ADDED FROM THE CENTER OF THE ADJOINING PROPERTY AT 432 W GRANT RD TO 14TH AVE, TREES ARE SMALL AND MAKE SIGHT VISABILTY DIFFICULT WHEN TURNING OFF OF 14TH AVE. WILL REFER THIS CASE TO TRANSPORTATION. ** SPOKE WITH FRED FELIX (791-5100) AT STREETS, EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT AND MY FINDINGS, MR FELIX STATED THE GRANT RD PROJECT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT THEY WOULD REVIEW THE COMPLAINT WITH THE CONTRACTOR AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
