Description:

1. Illegal chicken coop on west side of 50ft wide urban lot. 2. A concrete rubble planter has been built in the narrow alley extending four feet into the public alley. Large concrete chunks block alley so much so that the sanitation department removed alley trash pickup because garbage trucks were impeded by "vegetation in the alley." 3. Open water catchments, pots, buckets, containers breeding mosquitos. 4. Open composting along the east masonry wall. Area is est. 2ftx17ft and amount of garbage varies with the season and how full the real composting bins are. 5. Excessive vegetation, refuse and irrigation has caused rodent, ant and vermin problems. 6. Failure to remedy undercutting.The undercut is about 1 ft from the eastside property line. 7. There are spotlights installed in two places in the rear yard that violate the lighting code. Both are left on all night.
