Did flush the toilet and backed up into the shower stall. Turned the sink in the bathroom and it also went into the shower stall. Was able to make contact with the management and they met on site. A snake was brought to the property and the line was cleared while on the property. Did make a list of other items that needed to be addressed and made a copy for the manager. Some of the items were a leaky faucet in the kitchen, gas stove not able to use due to not working on the burners and on propane at this time, no smoke detectors, cooler leaking on the roof, bathroom sink leaking at the trap, toilet leaking at the base when used, cooler vent not secured in the bathroom, the rear door not able to lock due to brokened and rottened at the bottom, cooler make noise when used, kitchen counter top brokened at the top, light fixture missing globe in bathroom, lacking door to bedroom, double hung windows stuck or painted shut, front door broken or split and lacking the weather-stripping, and the list has been given to the manager. They will start the repairs and will call as soon as completed. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
