10/13/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved I met with management who stated the AC unit was tested and did not present with any problems however it was replaced in an effort to appease the occupant. Manager advised that the occupant had broken her own window and the company does not normally replace windows however the manager again obliged the occupant by having the window replaced. Manager stated the refrigerator was replase as well. Manager stated the occupant will make a complaint and when a technician responds the tenant will not allow workers access to diagnos and repair alleged problems. No code action will occur at this time. Case is closed.
