10/08/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved Inspection revealed a minimal amount of storage in the carport. The house appeared unoccupied and the vegetation is overgrown and untended. Preliminary research indicates the water service was terminated in June of 2012. The listed owner of the home does not have water service in his name elsewhere in Tucson and no other property in Pima County. I will attempt to find a good mailing address for the owner.
04/22/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved At this point the issue is relatively benign. As I've been unable to locate the listed PO and there have been no documents recorded by a Trustee or Beneficiary I will close the case at this point.
