The condensor has been replaced with new. The AC unit has just been turned on and the unit will take approx. 5 to 6 hours due to the unit has not been running for awhile while being worked on. The unit above the unit had a broken flex line on the kitchen sink and had water drip into the unit. The management has been working on re-installing the carpet where pulled loose from the extraction and the blowers airing out the unit from the moisture. The management has been waiting for the repairs to be done and should be completed by Saturday. Did check the area of stating mold and the was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Did get copies of the reports of the events and reciepts of the billings paid out for the repairs and the extraction of the water. The drywall was repaired where the blisters were from being wet on the ceiling and the walls. The tenant was happy that the AC working. Will check in 5 days on the repairs of the carpet. RV. |
