While vacant structures may temporarily be secured by boarding up window and door openings in accordance with section 16-14(b), having or maintaining boarded window or door openings on a vacant structure for 180 days or more in any one-year period is prohibited.
09/11/2014 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

The trailer is full of trash the floor in the trailer was not safe to walk on. There is trash on the property as well. Trailer was secured by Bathcrest 2 doors and 4 windows and we used 4 sheets of plywood.
11/25/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE SMITH Approved Trailer has been removed but still has refuse on the lot. Spoke to owner and he is getting a roll-off out there.
