08/26/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved While doing another inspection found graffiti on the masonry wall in the alley facing the school on the east and west side including the metal gate. Has porches added in the rear yard a 12' x 12' near the rear masonry wall and a metal type on the west side 14' x 30'. Found a permit for the porches that are attached to the house and shows the wood frame shed on the west corner of the property on permit T07CM02259. Will do N.O.V. RV.
12/31/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and Chuy Manuel at the site. Did go over that the permit is required for the wood frame porch, the metal awning that is covering a play area for shade, and has another covering that is a shade screen for vehicles and connected to the side property masonry wall and the house. The shade screen is connected to a metal frame. Did go over the amount of structures on the property and the lot use on the percentage of structures on the property. Did show what the City of Tucson records show what should be on the property. Did go over to draw what is not on the drawing that was approved in 2007. The owner made copies of the plans and the owner and Chuy were going to Ward 5 to meet with Mark. Will wait for the results of the meeting or an E-mail for the next step. Will meet with supervisor Rick Saldate to review the meeting with the owner. RV.
