09/04/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the property and the unit is occupied. The person in the unit has it until Sunday. Will check the unit on Monday at 10:00 AM on 9-8-14 with the maintenance and the managers. Did check the pool and was cleaned at this time. Found new electrical that has been added and the beams have been drilled through and appear structual. Found no permit where electrical has been added under a permit. RV.
09/08/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Did inspection with the management and found no issues that was a violation. Did find that the smoke detector needed a battery and was replaced while on site. Did find some conduit that has been added due had lost power to a couple of units and was going to run new power to the units. The problem was found and able to repair in the old conduit and the new conduit was not needed. The conduit from the switch gear is going to be removed up to the junction box outside the electrical room on the walkway. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
