09/17/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED THE SITE, FOUND A NICELY LANDSCAPED FRONT YARD, WITH THE PERIMETER CHAIN LINK FENCE CLOSE TO THE SIDEWALK AREA. TWO NEWLY PLANTED TREES. MAYBE 6 FT IN HEIGTH HAD VERY SMALL BRANCHES OVERHANGING THE FENCE AND CLOSE TO THE SIDEWALK . REMOVING THE BRANCHES WOULD TAKE AWAY 50% OF THE TREE. BY ALLOWING THE TREE TO GROW UP AND PROPERLY TRIMMED AT A LATER DATE WOULD BE THE CORRECT THING TO DO. I DID NOT NEED TO WALK OFF THE SIDEWALK TO GET BY THE TREE. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
