Did meet with the bottom unit #120 and the ceiling has been removed in the hallway and were trying to find where the water was comming from the upper unit. Did try and call the tenant from #220 and left a message. Did talk to the manager of the complex and will meet on Thrusday 8-21-14 at 10:30 AM and do a water test on unit #220. RV.
08/21/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved A new condensation line has been installed and no leaks at this time. The tenant was not home and the management had permission to open the unit for the inspection. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
