I spoke to the assistant manager, Dillion Young. I gave him a copy of "illegal signs". He is now aware of what constitutes a violation. I told him if we come out again it will be a citation. I told him about weekend enforcement. He removed the illegal flags & banner in my presence. Violations abated. Close Case.
