Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws. |

The tenants had a big screen TV and the has been damaged by the surge into the 5th wheel. The power is coming from space #2 due to #1 is not working at this time. The wiring has been pulled out and the meter is blocking access to the power below the open area of the pedistal. The flex line for the sewer is coiled up and has no pitch to the P.O.C. for the waste from the holding tank. When the lever is pulled to have the dumping done into the sewer connection, it leaks to the ground. The tenants are stating that they will be moving out at the end of the month. Did talk to the owner of the property and made aware of the issues on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
