08/08/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE STEVENS Approved At site, with Inspector Goodman, tenant and owner. The A/C air temperture at the vent is 56 degrees, 78 degrees at the thermostat. The A/C unit on the roof is in good condition. The air filters were replaced and the air flow was better, the temperture inside the unit dropped to 77 degrees. The maintenance guy was working on repairing the kitchen faucet and drainage pipe. I will follow up with the tenant next Friday to make sure all issues have been abated. F/U 8/15/14.
