08/05/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, SPOKE WITH MANAGER PAUL AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT TO HIM. PAUL STATED THE EAST PORTION OF THE UNPAVED LOT IS NOT USED BY THEIR TRUCKS AND IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY ALL WORKERS THE DIRT PORTION IS NOT TO BE USED BY DRIVERS. PAUL ALSO MENTIONED THAT THEIR PARKING LOT WAS RECENTLY REPAVED, ALL EXISTING PAVEMENT WAS REMOVED AND 16 INCHES OF PAVEMENT REPLACED THE OLD AREA. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AND THE PAVING COMPANY DID USE THE LOT TO PARK THEIR HEAVY MACHINERY. PAUL FEELS THE DIRT PROBLEM MAY HAVE BEEN WHEN THE PAVING TOOK PLACE. WALKED THE PROPERTY WITH PAUL SHOWED ME THE NEW PAVING AND TOOK ME TO THE DIRT AREA. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF TRUCKS OR SEMI'S USING THE AREA. IN FACT THERE WAS A GRAVEL PAVEMENT MIX ON THE GROUND EAST OF WHERE THE PAVEMENT ENDS. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
