08/13/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT STEVENS Approved At site, spoke to owner, Hank. I explained to him the issues of excessive storage, refuse and JMV's. All the vehicles that can be seen from the street are operable. On the east side of the home there's a frame structrue with torn tarps that exposes stored items. The owner stated that he was going to cover the frame work with corragated fiberglass(on site). This will abated the violation. F/U 10 days.
10/23/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE STEVENS Approved At site, met with owner and received an email from Jim Rossi. I explained issues to the owner, he stated that the other homeowners are not interested in purchasing any property. Due to the large amount of storage items in the easement a follow up inspection will be in 60 days.
