The listed PO is not paying a TW bill in their name elsewhere in Tucson. Research has been largely unfruitful with two possible leads, a daughter and possibly a brother, for neither of whom I can find a good phone number. The fence is chain link not dilapidated. There is a rolling gate for the driveway which is detached and in the front yard however the entire fence surrounding the property is in tact and there are aluminum slats which screen the rear perimeter yard. There is a vehicle in the rear yard which is in the rear yard and screened thereby meeting the tenants of TC15-16 regarding the storage of unused vehicles. There are weeds, untended vegetation and dead vegetation as well as one palm tree which has dead fronds within 10 feet of grade level. I will send an NOV to the address in hopes mail is being forwarded to an alternate address.
