Electrical facilities connected to or in any building or structure are to be maintained hazard-free and in a state of good repair. The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat. Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. The wooden flooring has been removed due to being wet. The damage was to the master bedroom and the hallway. The water was pushed into the drop for the washer and dryer location due to the floor has a drop and a drain into the sewer system for drainage. The walls were wet and nothing has been done to check on the moisture in the walls. Some of the baseboards have been removed where the flooring has been removed. Have dents or holes in the walls on the drywall through out where trying to remove the baseboards. Smoke detectors are not working, hall bathroom sink leaks, globes are missing through out, doors not installed, hosebibb in the rear of the house is leaking, hall ceiling drywall is moist from the cooler leaking, master bathroom lacking the flex line to the toilet, west bedroom window is screwed shut, the furnace has a yellow tag from S.W.G. to not operate for cracked exchanger, water heater T.P.R. drain line is not connected, has a hole where the valve is located in the wall, and will do N.O.V. RV. |
